Rental Income of Dynasty Zarooni

When the real estate development boom started building momentum, Dynasty Zarooni realized the need to build a long sustainable revenue model for investments in high quality real estate assets, capable of generating a long-term rental income stream.

The business center of Dynasty Zarooni is located in Dubai Investment Park and it was the first project undertaken by it. The project, which is slated for completion later this month, has been developed without any debt. It was my first time to step in a Middle East country named UAE, which I believe is a desert land. I was afraid to visit the place before but I heard a lot of people talking about one of the cities in UAE, which is Dubai. They said the place is an open country where you can see different nationalities mingling with each other.

When my friend invited me over here in Dubai, it never popped up my mind that I’m going to stay long in such a place. The moment I arrived, I was so amazed to see tall buildings with different architectural designs. Then I said to myself: “Even if I am in a desert land, I can see that the niche is more modernized, innovative and highly industrialized compared to my hometown.” I saw lots of tall infrastructures. Even the tallest building in the whole world can only be found here.

In Dubai, there are many job opportunities too. After 3 weeks of stay, I found my first job in an advertising company and it was my first time to handle a secretarial/administrative position. I graduated in a computer course and my previous jobs deal more on computer technicalities. The job was not so fit but I grab it for experience. That’s where the word “Emaar” was introduced to me. I have no clue what or who Emaar is. My boss was asking me if Emaar called and I don’t receive any calls or emails from them. After every few hours, she keeps on asking me repeatedly, which makes me more curious and ask who Emaar is. She was a bit alarmed about my question because the company, she said, is huge and famous. She explained to me and it cleared up everything. And it opened my stucked mind to the developers of tall buildings.

After my 1 month experience with that company, I found another job where I am employed as of the moment. In this company, I learned so many things about buildings, developments and builders or developers. I belong to the sales team. Sales team, basically, performs demonstration of software. In the field of my job, I get to know real estate companies and their business operation. But, out of all real estate companies I’ve known, I found Dynasty Zarooni more interesting.

Dynasty Zarooni Group is not new in the business yet they are not that long in the industry as well. Their group just started last 2007. But DZ already has a net equity of over AED 1.2 Billion and a combined net worth of over AED 3.5 Billion. Amazing! Isn’t it?They are currently achieving sales transactions in excess of AED 1 Billion per month. They even have plans of developing their office branches locally and internationally in Burjuman Center, JLT, Sheikh Zayed Rd., Abu Dhabi, Russia and London. Their marketing strategy is one of the most successful among national press advertising campaigns in UAE. If you try to browse through Gulf News or Khaleej Times (two of the most famous national newspaper in UAE), DZ’s has a reputation as a savvy and artistic designer of branding a real estate. And the management group are trustworthy, dependable and reliable since the members of DZ group are all professional, strong and more experienced in a real estate industry.

I recommend and endorse Dynasty Zarooni in terms of property wise, management wise and security wise. The group is known to be successful in investing in the development and acquisition/disposition in the UAE Real Estate.

STRATEGY OF DYNASTY ZAROONI DUE TO EXPANSION

One of the biggest names in real estate businesses in Dubai is Dynasty Zarooni. From the facts that I gathered, I found out that they have over 440% returns annualized from January 2008 to June 2008. DZ is also a fast growing company. Due to its growth or expansion, the company has started negotiations for strategic alliances. The purpose of these alliances is to produce related financial products for Real Estate consumers this coming 2009. These products will comprise residential and commercial.
For future reference, I recommend Dynasty Zarooni to be on top of the list with regards to investing in a real estate company in UAE.

DZ has good marketing campaigns

Gulf News and Khaleej Times are two leading publications in Dubai. I started reading Gulf News when I tried to search for a job. While searching, the properties od Dynasty Zarooni really attract my eyes. DZ’s properties are well organized inGulf News. And I planned to purchase a property from them soon…

Real Estate in Dubai is so prevalent. I’ve known many real estate companies because I read Gulf New Properties section. I found Dynasty Zarooni’s page. Their properties are worth buying and are cheaper compared to properties sold by other real estate companies.

Dynasty Zarooni merged in real estate industry just last year, May 2007. Normally for starters, it is difficult to reach a target to a billion but Dynasty Zarooni makes it possible. Their sales target is over AED 1 Billion per month. They’re really doing a great job.
